Actor Paresh Rawal is currently in the news for the film ‘Hera Ferry 3’. A legal notice has been sent by Akshay Kumar’s production house Cape of Good Films demanding Rs 25 crore for Paresh Rawal’s sudden release of the film. Now the production house has claimed that the actor was paid Rs 11 lakh. Now he has suffered a lot due to his sudden leaving the film.
The lawyer of Akshay Kumar’s production house has also confirmed that Paresh Rawal has been sued Rs 25 crore. Now on behalf of the makers, it was said that Paresh Rawal himself had signed the contract. He had started the film shooting and a payment of Rs 11 lakh has been done for this. The statement from the makers said that the teaser of the film ‘Hera Ferry 3 was shot on 3 April 2025. In which Paresh Rawal had more than 3 minutes footage.
The Cape of Good Films LLP has said through its lawyer Parinam Law Associates that Paresh Rawal told through posts on his X handle on 30 January 2025 that he is part of the film. He then signed an informal agreement on 27 March 2025 and agreed to work in the film.
The makers say that the shooting schedule of the film has also made a difference with Paresh Rawal’s sudden leaving the film. For this reason, the production house has sought a compensation of Rs 25 crore from Paresh Rawal. Also, the legal notice also mentions that if the demand is not met within seven days, further legal action will be taken. So far, Paresh Rawal has not reacted to the matter.
